EXIF orientation?
Some cameras store rotation in EXIF. If a photo looks wrong in one app but not another, try Metadata Remover or re-save after rotating here.
Lose quality?
90° increments are lossless for most codecs. Arbitrary angles require resampling and may soften pixels.
